Its too early to said because EXE Black has detail for March 28 so wait until its out near March 28 or after for more details.

Well. roms and gameshark are both different. gameshark is unlicensed and roms are something else. I supported ROMS for people to buy real games and dont want to open it and played roms for their own safe.

But I dont support roms if people just pick roms up for free and dont buy real games thats ridiculous and harmful to video games companies for their hard working.

Gameshark is evil and the company that made it is not very honest and they dont asked for licensed..they cheated it and sell it for their profits. Gameshark must burn! :madgo:

I just found out that Rockman EXE 3 White is not existed..Its actually first original Rockman EXE 3 white color box that I have so I understand clearly..So EXE Black is only one that released on march 28
