Don\'t you think Toadman got a major upgrade from MM4? He\'s TOUGH!!!! The only way i beat him is by getting right next to him and using Magnet Man V3. Any other useful strategies???

I got a tip once Toadman.EXE or any other virus or navi is faceing you,when they are on the first row,use Magnetman and the blue Magnetman will appear and attack with the normal one this works real well with MagnetmanV3 it does 300 damage because Toadman.EXE is water he\'ll take double the pain...

Also try bringing a ToadmanV2 if you have that one and a ThudermanV3 with all those chips you\'ll beat him pretty quick if you get them at the start of the battle...

if you get right up close to him, you can do 600 DAMAGE with MagnetMan V3!!! My biggest problem is that my style is HeatGuts, so I take 2x damage from his attacks.

isnt toadman exe electric? cuz im pretty sure he is. just today i got his V3 chip. i used heatguts. so if hes electric you should use a wood to take maximum buster attacks. *I Feel So Smart Saying All This!!!!:P* the main chips i used where Guardian, Anitelec, Gateman V3, and Stepsword. each takes 200 exept stepsword(my favorite) i hope this helps!:rolleyes:

oh yeah i forgot to mention you should use iceline before Magnetman V3 to multiply the damage again. It can do 1200 damage!!!! Definitely a cheap tactic.

Good Idea. But how much HP does he have?

I usually run around slicing him up with swords. That works for me. I think he is pretty easy.

If you\'re fighting him later in the game, try using Battle chip AntiElec. You can get it from NumberMan.EXE in Den Area 1 in the top left part, right before the teleporter to Yai\'s terminal. If you want, buy a couple. Equip it in your folder then go to Ribertta (Toadman.EXE Owner) and battle Toadman. When fighting, use AntiElec before he does his elec-based melody attack.When he does the attack, the AntiElec should trigger it. Since Toadman is weak to Elec, AntiElec should do 400 damage for each time you use it. Now all you have to worry about are those tadpoles and that punch he does where he comes right up infront of you and tries to hit you. A good Program Advance to use on him is Heavy Stomp which does 800 damage! To get this P.A., get Quake 1 Q, Quake 2 Q, and Quake 3 Q. Or you can also do it with all letter codes with a W. Just get Ice Stage and start hacking away his HP with Elec Chips... I got ElecGuts, so I have no problem...

I would use attackslike electsword so it will do 200damadge
