OK, this is the REAL answer.

In order for the Retro Chip Traders to work, first you must have another GBA and MMBN1. First, in BN2 stand in front of a trader and turn on the other GBA. Then in MMBN1 go to Network and then choose trade. In BN2 use the chip trader. Then just choose a crappy chip from BN1 and then you\'ll recieve a chip you normally can get at an EXTREMELY RIPOFF-Y price. Understand?
