I am thinking of posting sort of an avatar library for new users. First of all, I need to know if I can do this.:conf:

I don\'t think that\'s a good idea. Avatars express who the user is. They look all over the internet for icons, or even create one, that \'says\' \"That\'s is me!\" ( keeping in mind that it is in the boundaries of the rules, of course). Libraries of avatars will create users that have no originality.
\"Oh. You are using the avatar in page 4 of the library. Tommy used that one last week.\" And so on...
That is also why most/all of the users on this board (or any m-board) do not use the default avatars in the user edit screen. (It\'s good for new users who want something than nothing on their pic.)
If you have so many pictures on your hard drive, Mouse, then make a website somewhere.
