first you have to beat flameman 3 once you do o to take the route to uunder net 5 in the sci lab then then go to under net 6 and try to find a cube once go to under net 7 and you must give 50 bug frags to the spikey dude then you can pass or you can pass if you beat drillman v3:D

To megaman.exe:For the first part of the will after you recieve the letter go to the squirrel in the net save before you investigate anything you\'ll need to battle 3 omega virus\' everytime.After that I think you need to go check the Samurai armor at the Yoka Inn.Then go to the water heater program thing in the Yoka 1.Finally go to Undernet area 4 and go all the way to the top and check the back of top of the pillar.To fight Protomans V3 form you need 2 stars
To Falco-Man.exe:I only know where the N.O. Beam 2 and N.O. Beam 3 are
N.O Beam 2 is in the secret area 1-2
N.O. Beam 3 is in Secret area 3 you\'ll
hardly ever run in to this guy so I suggest you equip the Collecter N.C. Block, just to be safe.

Where do you find a spice 3 virus?

Have you gotten it for the virus machine?If not,heres how you do it:Get a collect programa and install it into your navi customizer.Pack a battlechip that will change the ground or else it will be tough.Go to scilab and remember that desk in the net?Go behind it and search in the yellow area.save before searching so if you dont get it you can try again.Remember!The stage thing that changes the arena and the collect program are very important!

Where do I find Flamman V3?

Well in MMBN2 you would randomly run into the V3s after yu beat the V2, but in the same area. However this does not seem to be the case. I too am looking for the V3 navis, and thought that maybe Metool could help us since he seems to have beated them all...

Could sombody plese help Zera? I fell bad because i never played MMBN1 and I would hate to let him/her go with out help.;)

Will what does the message the Back Pillar Rises straight to heaven mean? i think it has somthing to do with the piller in undernet 4 but its blocked off by a security cube so i cant get to it. How do you unlock the cube?

I looked into it, but none of the walkthroughs at gamefaqs cover this situation, and I don\'t remember this happening to me. Maybe you haven\'t yet done a required event. Check some walkthroughs at gamefaqs.com and see if there\'s some major event you missed.

Other than that, all I can think of is a cheat-induced glitch.

Ah well...I suppose this is the time for me to share a BugFrag collecting Tech. that I have uptill now keep for myself.

::-BUGFRAG BUSTER GUIDE-::

To start off, this can only be done after you have access to the Tank Comp. which is later in ACDC town.

Next you will need the -Reflect- Program you get for mastering Shield Style. Equip it to MegaMan.
The error code is...ITA2CRWQ

Enter the Tank Comp. and enter a battle.
Once you have done this a few times you will notice that you will almost ALWAYS run into a group of 3 M-Cannons. Becuse of the timing involved in countering, if you use Reflect to destroy ANY kind of Cannon it will ALWAYS be a counter!!! By destroying a group of 3 M-Cannons in this manner you will get 8-BugFrag after Every battle. Since the battles ofton take less than 30 seconds you can obtain over 250+ plus in under a Half hour!

An another note, if you equip -collect- you can also get a good deal of Chip Trader fodder.:D:D:D

How do you use the copy damage chip i have tried it in different ways but it never seems to work

Fire it at a Virus, and all The damage the other Virus\' take is transferd to the Virus with the Red circle on it. So...yeah.
