InactiveSorry...I have never wanted those chips so I never looked for them...I can\'t help you on that but you can use other strong element chips... WAAITTT what am I saying?? I got all of those :D:D I can\'t give you a specific enemy but chip traders are good...Especially the one in electown, that\'s where I got mine I got lots of chips there
EDIT-I just played the game, JUST FOR YOU. Wasted my time in Higsby\'s shop I found the chips there, 10000 each. You can probably get them all easily...

They brobably won\'t help for S ranking guys though. I\'ve S everyone but three guys in bm. And my advice is use 1 metagell and mines, then use air hockey 3s and air hockey 2s. A mine and 3 air hockey 3s wil easily take out 2000 hp of the guy.
Air hockeys will help alot.:)

I don\'t know. If you have an e-reader you can get back hp lost from using dark chips.
Yeah but, you need to have a japanese e-reader+.
