Actually Mystic, I had all the Dark Chips BEFORE I beat Grey so you can get that before any other marks.

I know that. I said that by the end of the game (before you fight grey) you are able to get them all... you just have to find them.

Okay, I have a question (and I hope this hasn\'t already been asked somewhere... thins is a LOOOOOOOOONG-ass topic). Is Battle Network considered an RPG?

It is. You collect stuff, you have to run around on errands for random people who are TOTALLY unrelated to ANY of the main characters OR the storyline, you can get \'stronger\' through the HP memories and the Buster Upgrades in the first two games (also the armours) and the Styles/Souls/Crosses and the Navi Costumizer Programs.

Oh, and you fight. A lot. In random battles. MANY random battles. Which makes me think: \"ARE they random?\"

So yeah, it\'s an RPG.

It\'s more of an action RPG because of the style of fighting, it has turns but you can move during the turns freely, unlike golden sun

Same thing as star ocean... but star ocean is a much better RPG. You can move all throughout a big battle field.

Well, in star ocean, you can actually see the monsters and enemies on the game. You can choose to avoid them or run straight into them. No �random encounters�. And on the battle screen, you and two other team members can fight the enemy(s). You can move all around the field. You can either go right up to the enemy and attack, or stay far away and hide while the other team members (controlled by the CPU but you choose which one of the 3 to use. You choose which 3 of a possible 10 to use in battle).

To get to the nebula area, you must have beaten the game, and have at least 100 standard chips. Then you have to go to the undernet. I forget which undernet it�s in. It�s either 1 or 2. Well, you have to go to the area where, when you enter, you can find your way up and to the left to leave again, but not the same entrance. That�s where it is. It�s hard to explain. I don�t know if you already know where it is, but it�s easy to get in there.

Uhh, well, in FFCC, you do NOT have Random Encounters. WOOT!
You walk around a big area where monsters walk around as well.

Same thing with the Xenosaga games. In that you can also use traps on the monsters.

Yes, uh... what\'s the topic again? Just kidding. Now, does anyone have any questions about the battle network series? Fine, I have a question. Is it possible to get to 1000hp by getting all of the hp memories in the game without any power-ups? I always get up to 980, but never higher� I looked at some sheets on the locations for all of them, and they all add up to 1000 (minus the 100 you start off with) but I cant find all of them.

Yes, they do. However, they\'re quite hard to find, especially as you continue on and on in the game. And when you check a FAQ or walkthrough, and run by all the places (actually, you just plan that), you get bored after a while and go on with the rest of the game, or go do something else, and you forget about it. But yes, they do add up to 1000. Unfortunately, I never got there. 980 tops, I think.

Yes, Morph is right, besides, why would Capcom only go up to 980? it just wouldn\'t make sense.

I got there but it was so long ago that i don\'t remember where they all were.1000hp took me forever to get but helped me win the license exams in bn2.

The liscences exams really aren\'t that hard for me, but you might say I kinda cheated ^_^!! my freind traded me really good chips and hub style then restarted his game. Right now I\'m trying to get the SS liscence.

Okay here it goes:

hubstyle cuts your hp in half, gives you ten chips in your custom screen, doubles your buster attack, reduces speed to one, allows, 10 navi chips 9I could be wrong here it is more than five though)

I think there is more things but I\'m not sure...

cool. i have to beat shadomanv3,planetmanv3,napalmmanv3, and pharoahmanv3 busting lvl S to get hubstyle.

HA! I got 1000 hp FINALLY!!! I found them all without any Faq or walkthrough. Im so great... just kidding.

With HubStyle: Im pretty sure its 10 navi chips. I wish the style looked cooler though... like in the animated picture ones. You look NORMAL!

That\'s easy. Ok, you either need dark license (which you get from leveling up bug style to level 3), or you use the hole chip (the hole must fully expand before you use the chip). Another way to do that without hole is use the darkman chips. At the end of darkmans attack, a hole is placed. You must use hole (or something like it) to use darkaura as well.

of course...if you are very good expirement with all the folders you can find and practice,if not then get a gameshark.
