Megaman battl network 3 white hasn\'t been released yet, so how can there be a guide right now?

U people are weird. Battle Network 3 White is actually originally Rockman EXE 3. not EXE 3 Black..understand just EXE 3 version Megaman Battle Network 3 White and someone can read in japanese and translate to english version for you people to play it when english release thats all and for people who wants to play japan version EXE 3 but cannot read it thatts why. Understand now ?
