Not really. There are a few chips available only in White, and a few only in Blue, but that\'s it. So the only \"feature\" you can \"unlock\" is the version exclusive chips. But, somehow, I doubt you\'d want to trade them.

Blue\'s probably your best bet, as it has an extra boss and better chips.
