Um, this pic is kind of... OLD. I\'ve seen it like, four or five months ago. -_-;
I\'m sure everyone else has already seen this... and they don\'t mention anything about exe3 other than the title. The navis in it are just from the first and second. ..; Bakanekoman.exe isn\'t a real character, I think it\'s a navi example or something. Like, an ad for navi design... I can\'t remember exactly.

Explanation time: that picture comes from a magazine, and is a couple of months old already. You see at the left a simple mention of EXE3, and at the right the result of the EXE2 contest (GateMan.EXE), as well as a couple of other navis. There is no mention of a design contest for EXE3. The navi you see at the left is just an example.
