Yes you can get LifeAura in MMBN 3. Only one version of it though, it protects against 200, and is a MegaChip. Best way to get it is equip the Collect Customizer Block, than go to Secret Area 3 and fight two different versions of the Scuttles, guranteed way to get it.

Actually life aura is different because it is purple and in the other games it is yellow. The Scuttlest virus in secret3 is the place to get it. The collect NCP helps sometimes, but if you have good chips theres no need for it. By the way the collect NCP is located behind a secret wall right when you get off the boat at the WWW base.
