I know this game is old but it Deserves its own topic. Any way If you like Eternal Darness Tell me why and also just tell us some stuff that you thought was cool or should be fixed.

I love that trick when you beat the game and it says your memory card is being erased.

Ah, c\'mon, it\'s not that old.

I beat it on every quest, and even got the Mantorok rune. Fun rune, that one is...

I liked the freakiness the game gave you. It was those little things like mysterious knocking on the door and the phantom phone calls that made it really enjoyable and fucking creepy.

I once saw Max Roivas\' head pop up from the bottom of the screen and sort of give me a wink...Damn, that scared me so much....I screamed bloody murder for about 2 minutes.

I think it could have had more effects, but you know, the game was a gift horse.

Reality swirled in a wholly blue manner, revealing absolutely nothing of merit. Things flashed madly in and out of existence like some entirely other sort of phenomena. On a whim, Kurt Vonnegut imploded, taking a sizeable hunk of Massachusetts with him. However, seeing as Massachusetts wasn't entirely sure it existed, the chunk wasn't all that big.

Or how it got when your sanity meter went down alot, blood seeping from the ceiling, disturbing paintings and what people say.One time in that one Arabic level my guys sanity went down for the first time so much as to cause a hallucination and his limbs started falling off until it was just his torso and legs which then exploded.I was freaked out because I thought it was some invisible enemy.Whataffect does the Mantarok Rune have on your spells? And what was the beginning symbol you picked?I chose Chat\'urga

Ahh The montorok rune. That was not so cool. The montorok rune was all three runes in one. So if you used it on recover it would recover every meter some. But the cheap thing was Once you figured out magic pool (the one where you have the little rune over your head) It healed every meter. So it was really cheap because you couldn\'t die and you never whent insane. If you enchanted a weapon with montorok It would be strong against your opponant and poison them. The good thing to montorok though was At the end when you have those rooms filled with trappers you can just use the 3 rune attack to kill all of them. (also you can not summon monsters with montorok because it says the rune is too weak.)
My favorite thing that happens when you go insane is my head popped off (just like when your whole body comes apart) but I could still move. So I went over to my head and it said ~(B) Examine~. So I did then The Head came close to the screen and started spinning (just like any other item would) and asked me if I wanted to but it back on. After you answer ~Flash~ \"no NO, THIS CAN\'T BE HAPPENING.\"
