I think blue cause you get shadow style in it. But in blue and white the differences is that there are diferent colors and in white megaman\'s face in the top left corner is facing straight and in blue it\'s facing to the right. And in blue there\'s bowlman, and in white there\'s mistman. Also, there\'s different coded chips in each game.
