It\'s in ACDC3 follow the main street until you see the 9-square square, don\'t turn, go straight and keep going to the dead end, there\'s a mystery data, take it and bring it to the yellow navi i Sci-lib square.

It\'s BMD at ACDC Area 1, near Lan\'s computer.
