i got all my magnum 1\'s from the chip trader in higsby\'s shop and got all my magnums 2 and 3 from the one in the hospital
Inactivesince no one really gave an answer to this question, you can get it from jacking in the tanks at WWW base. there you will find a smasher or whatever it\'s name is (I think it has 200 health.) I believe it can drop magnum1a.
