The creatures snarled and took a step toward's Kalmar. Alright, he thought as he held out his hand and started muttering a spell, your loss.
Suddenly, a dark flash of light appeared around his hand. It elongated, and curved at the end, forming an energy rod about 6 feet long. The spell finished suddenly, and the whole weapon suddenly formed into a black scythe with red runes carve along the length of the haft. The blade glowed, made totally of dark energy.
The energy scythe cut through the creatures like they were water, leaving nothing behind as the weapon absorbed the creatures.
"Beware, Rising Dragon, your end is near." He ran through the forest again, trying to locate his prey.

"Hmm..." Draco let out as he watched Matthew swing Hsien-Ko around, basically using her as a weapon. "Interesting stradigy." He said to no one particular.
2 of the gargoyles that had swooped over Matthew were killed, but one of them remained, and came straight down at him fist first.
~USA~
Carnax was wondering around, making sure there were no rebbles. Much of the land had surrendered, and gave control over to Carnax, and Carnax, of course, gave it to Maya. Just when he thought everything was fine and under control he spotted 2 Dragoons about a mile away. As large as his strides were it didn't take him long to reach them. "Who are you, and why are you in my lands?" He asked DragonFire & Dark Dragon.
He watched the battle eagerly, devouring all that Matt did to slaughter others.
Glancing up, Matt saw the gargoyle fly in for an attack. "Shit!" With a big motion he swung Hsien-Ko upwards to strike at the monster.
The gargoyle turned into pure shadow, past over Hsien-Ko, and then became solid again. The beast continued its attack, now mere inches away from Matthew.
A few shadow-crearues charged at Hugo while a large group surrounded R.D. "Come with us, and we will not slay you." One creature said to R.D.

*DragonFire steps forwards*
DragonFire: I am DragonFire, and you are? Oh, and another thing... These are not your lands.... *his eyes glow blood red as he glares at the being*
R.D. fused his weapons into the Phase Lance and spun it around to his side. As one of the monsters approached again, and with a primal yell, R.D. shot forward, slashing through till his weapon struck the ground. A wave of energy exploded forward, blasting another couple of creatures, but R.D. was shooting forward again, his blade spinning overhead like a helicoptor rotor. With a jump, he shredded through a diving gargoyle and landed, looking around. He charged off further into the fray, attacking enemies with Light Beams.

Carnax grinned, showing his grousome fangs. "Haha, haha." He laughed lightly. "For one so small, you certainly have courage... Or is it foolishness?" He paused a couple seconds. "It does not matter. Either way, you must be killed." He stated bluntly. "Now then, to answer your question... I am Carnax," his grin grew, "and you are nothing." He said shaking his head slowly.
~Elsewhere~
The shadow-creature's numbers were decreasing, but it did not stop them from fighting.
"They're good. But, they have yet to defeat the first seventy." Draco stated as he continued to watch the fight.
Matt released one of Hsien-Ko's ankles, and with a yell, smashed his fist at the gargoyle's incoming face.
"Oh, you think you can take me?!" Hugo shouted. He ran backwards, firing his pickaxe at the approaching monsters.
DragonFire: So, Carnax huh? You must be one of the Seven guys... I will enjoy destroying you...
Dark Dragon: Take'em down master...
*DragonFire's body becomes engulfed in flames*
DragonFire: Time to die you worhtless pile of dog crap...
Kalmar swung his scythe around, liquidating the creatures it touched as it sucked up their life-force.
He saw RD running into the fray, followed by his Reaverbots as he cut a swath of destruction. He stayed back for a few moments, watching the youth's battle technique. A black figure creeped up behind Kalmar as he stared absently forward.
Suddenly, the scythe shrank and reformed into a demonic looking longsword. The blade flowed upward from the demon-wing guards and slowly curved outwards before turning back inward and repeating again before coming to a point.
The blade held a draconic eye, solidified into a gem and stuck on the bottom of the blade towards the hilt. The eye flared blood red as the creature's energy was torn from it's own fragile form and absorbed into the gem.
"Pathetic demons," he spat at the horde, "I have killed stronger creatures then you as a warm-up."

R.D. thrust his hand forward and fired off a bolt of lightning, striking down a gargoyle in midflight. Another batch of monsters surrounded him again, and he cursed. This is going nowhere.
R.D. reared his gloved fist back and punched the ground hard. The ground cracked under the blow, and fissures trailed out around him, causing explosions of rock beneath the creatures that were cutting him off. He struck down each of them with the Lance, then blasted apart another creature trying to sneak up on Alasea. The girl grinned at him in thanks, then proceeded to delve further into the fray.
R.D. looked around, striking down one enemy as it came near. Someone is watching me, he thought. Before he could continue, another beast lunged at him, bringing his mind back to the battle at hand.

"Bwahahahaa!!" Carnax laughed hastarically at DragonFire's words. He had a feeling the Dragoon was foolish, but cocky, arrogant, and to an insane degree was not what he expected. "Okay boy, I'll give ya the first ten moves! After that, I start to play." He said with a sadistic glee.
~Elsewhere~
Draco could sense the presence of another, one who happened to be attacking beings of his race. The shadow-creatures were not his, nor were they those of the final unit... So whose were they?
DragonFire: Heh, is that all? I won't even need that many on you.... *he starts his attacks with a huge ball of fire, hotter than the sun* HA!!!
*Dark Dragon watches*
Dark Dragon: Nice opening!
*DragonFire follows up with a flurry of fireballs*
"Fire?" Carnax said with apathy. The attacks hit, but were instantly absorbed. "Incase you cannot tell, I am fire elemented. Maybe you should try something else." He said, sounding rather bored.
"Mental note..." Matt muttered, grabbing his head as he tried to regain orientation. "Never do Hurricane Special without proper equipment."
The ground's shaking brought him back easily, and he glanced in R.D.'s direction. "Hey! I can do better than that!" he shouted.
He raised his foot. "Seismic..."
"Brace yourselves!" Hugo shouted, ducking under his helmet.
"CRASH!"
Stomping his foot on the ground, the entire land seemed to shake, towers and chunks of rock bursting randomly from the earth, striking any creatures in their path.
"Mine's COOLER!" Matt shouted over the resulting din.
The ground quaked beneath Kalmar's feet, and once again he took a knee but did not fall.
He glanced around the fray, spotting RD. "Don't worry young one, if anyone tries to kill you," a demon jumped at him and he swung, obliterating the creature, "I will destroy everything. You are mine."
He stood and began gathering energy around himself. Maybe it is time to introduce myself, he thought with a chuckle.

*his body becomes a light blue and he starts throwing a flurry of waterballs at Carnax*
DragonFire: I'll kill you one way or another!!!
"Well...this is interesting," he said to himself. It seemed that, like he and Matt, this new figure had a personal vendetta against the Rising Dragon. But why was this so?
But it didn't matter. Only what he wanted was important to him.
"You're still just a showoff!" R.D. shouted back. He rallied his Reaverbots to him, then led a charge through the ranks of the monsters. They were dwindling rapidly, but R.D. knew that more were to come.
Suddenly the clouds overhead split as Bahamut descended down to the battlefield. He spread his wings and hovered above the group, growling ferociously. Flame escaped the edges of his mouth, and suddenly, the beast launched four spheres of concentrated energy into the ranks, followed by a Mega Flare. The beam struck down into the mass of demons, and a massive explosion expanded outward from the blast zone.
That should give him a little easier time, the King of Dragons thought. He spotted R.D. looking at him over the walls of the port, and he saluted the boy before flying off.

Carnax chuckled a bit, and absorbed the water attacks as they came. "Haha! Water elemented, too!" He stated happily. "Gonna try something new?" He asked.
~Elsewhere~
"Hm." Draco let out, seeing that the first 70 had nearly been defeated. "Nema, ready the others. You are about to go into battle."
"Yes sir, Commander." Nema responded, and went to ready the rest of the shadow creatures.
"So, the other entity has been revealed." He said as he watched Kelmar fight the shadow-creatures. "Though...he will die if he gets in my way."
He dispelled the energy he was gathering as he saw Bahamut split the sky and devastate the surrounding enemies.
"Hmm, looks like there's another problem," he said with a hint of irritation, "looks like this is going to be harder then I thought."
He saw the dragon fly away, but it still didn't quell the bad feeling harbored inside his chest.

DragonFire: Grrr... Dark Dragon you're up!!
Dark Dragon: Right.... *he creates a Dark Sword in his hands and slashes at Carnax with them*
The second the blades came in contact with Carnax, they were absorbed, and added to his power. "You know, this is getting pretty sad." He said bluntly. "I do hope you have some kind of attack that can do some type damage to me before I kill you." He said with apathy. "By the way, you have six moves left."
It was one of Alasea's Reaverbots that finished off the last monster. R.D. looked around carefully, wondering when the next wave of enemies would appear.
"You ready for Round Two?" he asked Matt.

"Oh, yeah." Dancing in place, psyching himself up for more battle, Matt quickly struck the air with various punches.
Then he noticed him in the distance again. "Who the hell IS that, anyway?"

*they both fly into the air and a golden light shines as they get closer to eachother and merge into one*
Golden Dragon: I am the Golden Dragon!! Now you die!!! *he forms a ball of light and enegery as big as the moon and throws it at Carnax*
(OOC: Ahehehe... finally.)
Morph nodded. "Yes, this is the last one." He flew around the huge structure, before returning to the other two. "Let's go in. Or... at least find a way in..."
