As Hugo and Matt approached, the battlefield, both combatants suddenly bounced off an invisible barrier. It seemed someone didn't want them interfering.

"Now, now," Re-Tuul said with a grin, high in the sky out of sight, "You all just watch."

R.D. threw himself at Kalmar, parrying his attack evenly. He shoved the man's demonic blade to the side and leapt upward, slashing with the burning Ryuuenjin attack.

Kalmar glanced backwards as Hugo and Matt bounced off an invisible barrier, and then looked, sensing the same presense as before.. So, he returned to watch my work, he thought absently.

Kalmar glanced towards his prey to find himself under attack. Suddenly he was engulfed in flame, and Kalmar chuckled. RD's attack was easily absorbed by the flames. "Fire, child?" he laughed aloud, "I fear you are mistaken.. fire is my brethren!"

He quickly jumped up after the teen, swinging his sword upwards at RD's chest.

"Oh, F*** YOU!" Matt shouted, shaking a fist at the bothersome demon. "You're just lucky I ain't multi-colored anymore, otherwise I'd kick your ass!"

"Would it have done anything?" Hugo asked.

"Hell yes! It was a kickass mode."

"Yes master" Kagai said with a hint of anger in his voice, he then teleported to Carnax, "Greetings Carnax, Maya Commanded me to fight beside you."

R.D. growled as he saw his attack cause no damage. He parried Kalmar's attack and threw himself back. So, fire is out, he thought as he readied his blade. He slashed hard while shouting "Kougenjin!" and firing an arc blade of energy at Kalmar. He quickly followed up by running quickly behind it, slashing hard as he neared his opponent.

Kalmar quickly transformed his sword into his customary energy scythe and threw it at the incoming attack.

He quickly rushed after his weapon, the attack dissipating as his scythe cut through the middle of it.

R.D.'s Phase Blade, meant for Kalmar, ended up knocking the scythe away from him and continued forward. As he neared, he slashed at him rapidly three times, followed up by launching a Light Beam at the assailant.

Kalmar watched his scythe get knocked away in annoyance, but he quickly dodged the three slashes, rolling behind him to avoid the Light Beam.

Dark energy began to flow out of his hands, suddenly erupting in a large Dark Beam aimed at RD's backside.

(OOC: No interfering, please!)

R.D. looked behind himself in shock, only to get blasted forward again, his weapon flung out of his hands and embedding into the side of a building. He turned around in midair despite the pain and fired off a pair of plasma bursts at Kalmar, the second blast having two red fireballs spin around it.

Kalmar watched the youth fly away, and saw his prey fire off some pathetic attack at him. He darted forward, rolling under the two orbs and leapt into the air, hovering above the flying RD for a moment before plummeting downwards, his knee leading the way.

Kalmar's jump took him by surprise, and he was unable to defend himself as his knee-plant knocked the wind out of him. He cried out in pain, then recovered and threw Kalmar off of him. He vaulted himself up and fired another Light Beam at his assailant before drawing his second Phase Blade, wielding it deftly with his left hand.

After having talked with his own sanity for less than, say, 0.25 seconds, Morph blasted off the ground, flying towards Whoever-Knows. It could be Kattelox, it could be Gouki, it could even be the TacoMan-and-Reina's Taco Stand.

Kalmar grinned as the youth cried out underneath his blow, but was forced backwards when RD forced himself up. The Light Beam flew past his head as he sidestepped to avoid it, "You are just full of suprises," he chuckled to the teen.

He grasped the hilt of his own sword with two hands, causing the whole sword to glow briefly before splitting into two identical swords.

"Unfortunately, you will still die," he roared as he shot forward, swinging both swords in an upward X at RD.

"Damn it!" Matt shouted, smashing the barrier with his fists. "This is GAY!"

"Matt, you should sit down," Hsien-Ko said. "You're probably tired from your other battle."

"I'm fine!" He smashed the barrier again. "I'm just pissed!"

"There's a surprise," Hugo muttered.

R.D. slashed downward with his Phase Blade, catching the cross slash squarely in the middle. However, he again underestimated Kalmar's strength, and his weapon was sent skittering across the port, and R.D. himself was flung backwards. The amnesiac teen landed on his feet easily and readied himself, then shot forward as he cocked a fist back, pouring all of his superweapon-enhanced strength into it.

ZetsumeiRyu: Trouble huh? Good... I can handle anything.... So who or what is causing this trounle? Send me to defeat this new threat.....

As Morph flew onwards, he noticed the carnage below, caused by the fire demons. He did not pay much attention to it, seeing it as of little importance, and besides, it was not like he could still help prevent it, as it had already been done.

ZetsumeiRyu: Morphman? Hmmm, yes I remember him, weak pathetic fool... I'll kill him... I just need to find him.....

(OOC: Zane, you sneaky bastard, you. :P)

Within less than a minute, Morph had reached the ocean. He kept flying towards the mainland, which would be China from the point where he was now. Or now. Or now. No wait, he actually kinda already was in China. Indeed, with speed as much as 700 mph, he flew accross the ocean, reaching land within shortly. Carnage was here, too. He decided to land and look around. He hoped to run into Ryan and Dokuro, so that he may kill them, but that was not to be.

Kalmar watched RD's weapon fly from his prey's grasp with something akin to elation. Suddenly RD shot forward at him, "We are closely matched in skill, so now we contest strength."

Kalmar slammed his blades together, causing them to blend into one before they disappeared altogether. His right arm glowed with the energy of his assimilated swords. He flexed his right hand, the leather of his glove squeaked before he ran forward to meet his foe.

With his right fist raised, and dark energy crackling along it he ran unwaveringly at his prey.

R.D. ran as fast as he could at Kalmar, then leapt forward at the demon hunter with a primal yell, thrusting his fist forward at him.

Kalmar glared at his opponent, driving his right fist forward to connect solidly with his preys. A large thunderclap sounded throughout the port, and a massive crater expanded underneath the combatants from the force of the blow.

Kalmar's right gauntlet shredded from the impact, exposing the skin on his hand. His arm plating also blasted apart from his elbow to his wrist, sending small amounts of shrapnel from his arm.

Blood flew from R.D.'s mouth as he was sent flying from the force of the blow. His ears were ringing, and his whole arm was shaking. It was clear that Kalmar was stronger than him by far.

He hit the ground hard and bounced off it, finally coming to rest several meters away. He picked himself up into a kneeling position and looked up at his foe. When he saw the man's arm, his expression was that of shock.

Kalmar glared at the teen as he bounced along the ground. Yet underneat the rage, was fear. His arm was exposed, and now his secret was out. Everyone would know he was no better then the demons he hunted.

"Your blood will flow freely, Rising Dragon," he shouted in a wild rush of emotion. His arm was pale grayish in color, and completely covered in black tattoos. Reddish yellow lines also ran the length of the arm. The whole appendage was slightly swelled, making it larger then his other arm.

He flexed his distorted appendage and glared coldly at his prey. "You will pay for this humiliation."

"What the hell..." Hugo sat up as Kalmar's arm was exposed, arched an eyebrow. "Someone's been meddling in things he shouldn't mess with, I think."

Matt, meanwhile, kept hitting the field, but his blows were become weaker, harder to throw. "Damn!" He was too weak from his battle, that was for sure.

R.D. glared back at Kalmar as he wiped the blood from his mouth. He flexed his hands and put himself into a ready stance. This is gonna get messy, he thought to himself worriedly.

"Don't think I won't go down so easily," R.D. snarled coldly, "If you think you can beat me easily... then I'll take that arm of yours."

R.D. seized as much of the First Cipher energy that he could possibly hold, trying to temper it into the weapon that produced it.

"And if you underestimate me," he snarled, his voice rising to a furious shout, "Then I'll take your life!"

He shot forward, firing off a supercharged pair of plasma shots at his opponent.
