Morph stretched out his arms and formed a bubble around him, which held back the wind. "This." He replied casually.

"I'd stand my ground." Morph replied sternly. "Let the wind come, I will overcome it."

Ziatoch was intrigued by the shifter's will. He stood before the two most powerful beings that threatened the world, and yet still he defied them. Ziatoch had always been fascinated with the humans and their potential to overcome whatever hardship that was thrown at them.

Blazen remained in his posture, though in his head he was ready to laugh. "I am nothing I am everything, I am the one with no name." Blazen remembered Kuro's quote, maybe the being would think he was Kuro, or just make it mad. Either way, Blazen was having fun now.

Morph kept in his pose, though not because Xastra told him to do so, but because he thought of no better thing to do. He simply took on the force that was thrown at him, be it wind or lightning, or whatever darkness the one possessing the girl he wished to free threw at him. His teeth bit down upon each other. Had the strength of his bite been stronger than the strength of what held his jaws in place, he would have lost his jaw. Again.

"All right, let's get out of here," Matt said. "And I'M driving."

Hugo's eyes narrowed. "Do you even know how?"

"We'll find out."

Kalmar watched the boy stop for a moment, tensing suddenly, "Shit, i've been spotted." But when he turned and threw a fireball at the mist behind him, he took a deep breath.

The two beings on the ground seemed to be conversing, though over what Kalmar honestly couldn't tell.

Well, it's either now or never, he thought, propelling himself from the roof to land a few feet away from the boy and the mist.

The impact sent pain through his system, and he began coughing up small spurts of blood. He took a knee, still coughing uncontrollably.

Well, that was stupid.

R.D. nodded, perfectly fine with Matt's decision. He was in too much pain to do any driving, though if they got attacked, he'd have to get over it.

"It's not that hard," R.D. said as he climbed into the passenger seat of the car, "Just run over the monsters, and not the trees."

Alasea got in the car along with Hugo, Hsien-Ko, and Mei-ling, and soon they were ready to go.

"Just as long as you don't accidentally turn us into big-headed people driving go-karts," Hugo muttered, in response to R.D.'s comment.

Matt's eyes widened as something involuntary happened, as his mind briefly considered such a thing. "OH, SON OF A-"

But it was too late.

The entire party now resembled cute cartoon characters-each short, with a head as big as their body. Their details had been greatly simplified-Matt, like all the others, had long blue lines for eyes, no nose, and a simple mouth on his perfectly round head.

They all also sat in their own go-kart.

Matt looked at Hugo, who was the least changed-just about Matt's new size, with the same simpler detail. "I hate you so much."

R.D. glared, and suddenly two plasma bursts formed in front of him, aimed at both Matt and Hugo.

"This better be reversible," he threatened.

"Have I met him? I'm th-" Blazen was cut off by the man that jumped down. He looked over to him, at first ready to fight though seeing him injured from the fall, he relaxed. "There you are." Blazen smiled as he approached him. "Not very safe...jumping from rooftops." He lectured.

"Hey, don't look at me!" Matt shouted, wailing his cute little fists. "I ain't the one who planted the seed!"

"Oh, like I'm supposed to know when the Omega Core does this random crap!" Hugo shouted back. "You knew from DAY ONE-"

"I swear, you LITTLE-"

The two leapt at each other, and soon were engaged in a full-on struggle in the middle of a cartoonish cloud that rolled around the ground, random limbs popping out as they fought.

Mei-ling shook her big head, closed her simple eyes. "This is not good."

"Oh, I don't know." Hsien-Ko winked, and touched her cheek with her finger. "I feel a lot cuter."

"That's not helpful, Hsien-Ko."

R.D. glared at the two fighting idiots, then siezed the Second Cipher energy and slammed a barrier inbetween the two.

"Enough!" he roared, "Just fix us, dammit!"

"Hey!" Matt jabbed his finger at Cora, and Hugo did the same with his pickaxe. "F*** YOU, LADY!" they shouted together.

R.D. glared and left his go-kart, looking hatefully at the demons. He let the Second Cipher energy fill him, then roared and readied himself for combat. In a flash of light, Matt's mistake in R.D. was reversed, leaving R.D. with his original body, and an aura of power around him.

He drew on Phase Blade and held it out in front of him, activating the blade, and readied the Godhand attack in his left hand.

"I remember you from the island," R.D. said simply, holding his sword low at his side, "And in all honesty, I wouldn't mind seeing what neat objects Matt can make with your wings after we rip them off of your corpse."

Alasea glared at Cora. Skank, she thought irritably.

"Depends," Matt said, folding his tiny arms. "Who's your king?"

R.D. frowned. "Well, I don't believe you about thanking us," he growled, "As you don't need over two hundred monsters with you to do that."

A bolt of lightning crackled down the length of his Phase Blade.

"So, shall we begin?"

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Fire demons were powerful, no doubt about that.

But how could they properly react against two crazed chibis driving go-karts right at them?

Oh, did I mention the go-karts now had guns? That's probably important.

"Thank God for POWERUPS!" Matt shouted, as he and Hugo drove between demons, the guns on their karts swiveling and firing an indescribable amount of bullets.

As the wave of monsters rushed in, R.D. slashed hard with his electrified blade, shouting "Shinkuujin!" As he swung, he flung a blade beam much like that of the Kougenjin attack, but this time it glowed with lightning energy as it slashed through some of the monsters. Not quite finished, R.D. spun his blade in his grip and thrust it into the ground. Around a dozen geysers of water splashed up through the ranks of the fire demons, knocking away some and trapping others, and still not done, R.D. started blasting each geyser with lightning bolts, electricuting everything trapped inside them.

Alasea, making use of the upgrades Matt made on the go-karts, followed Matt and Hugo's lead as they made their own little race course.
