Ziatoch looked over at Juno, knowing his thoughts. "Wouldn't you like to know?" He said.

The Destroyer turned around and leaned His head down, closed His eyes, and grinned. "You all think you can beat Me. Think you can defeat the Eternal."

He floated up off of the ground a couple of feet as power filled Him, causing a malevolent aura to appear around Him. The black haft of the Lance of Longinus appeared in His right hand. "When you fought Kuro, Juno, he was only at three percent of his full power, as you know. I am far stronger in this form than he was during your battles with the Evil Balance."

The Destroyer of Worlds laughed softly.

"And you honestly think you can defeat Me?"

Ziatoch sensed Juno's transformation and the drastic increase in power... and found it severely lacking.

"Is that supposed to frighten Me, Ancient?" He asked as He turned around and looked up through his mane of silver hair at the Master Key of Kattelox. "I sincerely hope you have excellent skills... because your level power isn't even close to Mine."

"Yeah, whatever." Meta said to her 'dad'. (OOC: God, someone's gonna kill me for that. XP)

Within Meta's feminized mind brew a plan on a hot fire. She wished to get rid of Xastra, as before, but now had some strange feelings towards him. Not of love, never, but more of kindredship (sp?). Spitting onto the ground again, she made her way for the door, pushing ZetsumeiRyu aside. "Move it, bastard." She said to this 'brother' of hers. The plan had boiled into readyness. She would seek out and recieve the loyalty of several Beasts of her own, to combat those of her 'father', to whipe the smug grin off his face and take satisfaction for her own.

OOC: Oh, and before I forget, gender switching = disturbing.

OOC: What first thing?

(OOC: I thought we needed more major female characters. I admit it's a bit drastic, but hey, none of you would have had the GUTS ta do so! >=O )

Meta sighed frustrated and turned around. "What, finding out a couple of critters under your little pets' command and having them become as powerful as their former kings is a bad thing?" She asked, raising an eyebrow of her own.

OOC: For your information, I was going to introduce another major female after this drawn-out battle is finished. XP

(OOC: ...

And you're telling me this NOW?! *foams at mouth*)

(OOC: *pushes logic aside* And? =P)

A strange feeling crept around in Meta's gut. What was this? It felt like as if she was back in the Nightmare Realm, though this time it felt more... pleasant. "So?" She urged Xastra's answer, shrugging off the feeling.

OOC: TOKI NO TOMARE

But seriously, you didn't ask.

(OOC: Psht, I already have a main female character, got two more who need to be developed, and two more that need introducing--and THD, you knew I was introducing one of them after the battle, so nya. @Juno: Hurry on with the freakin' Matt/Bruno battle already, dammit!)

Ziatoch's grin grew.

"Are you?" He asked, letting His power grow until it dwarfed that of those around Him.

OOC: Well, you'll see what I mean when we get there. And yeah, I second the whole end the damn battle already thing.

Blazen knew this wouldn't last much longer. He needed to use his full power to get a nice chance, that he knew. So he needed to act now.

Blazen's hair and jacket began to wave as if a wind was coming from under him. His teeth clentched as they turned to a deep black color as did his shirt. This fire turned in unison. Dark flames jolted around Blazen as if it were electricity. The air around them grew dense and humid, some of it gave off dark sparks.

The fire began to grow stronger and larger. Blazen was able to stand straighter and hold himself solidly. His flames roared as they began to brawl with the shadows, fiercly. They didn't let up nor would they until this power struggle ended in Blazen's favor.

OOC: No THD, no giant blob. >.> lol

Kalmar glanced sideways for a moment as his comrade began to change, his power level increasing by the moment.

Now, time for some fun, he thought gathering the energy around him and focusing it into his beam. He cried out in rage as his arm began to pulse and grow. His red eyes glared brightly at Donovan as his arm continued to pulse.

The energy he was putting into his beam grew with every passing moment, and soon he was gritting his teeth trying to control it.

*ZetsumeiRyu went outside*

ZetsumeiRyu: Hmmm, this is getting too weird.... *He flies off to the battlefeild where Juno is and he watches in silence* Hmmmm....

(OOC: JUNO! BRUNO FIGHT! NOW!)

Ziatoch looked up behind Him at Xastra. He turned His gaze back to the gathering of warriors who pitifully hoped to defeat Him, and shrugged.

"Looks like you all escape My wrath this time," He said conversationally, allowing the Lance of Longinus to disappear within a burst of dark mist. He floated upward into the air next to Xastra.

"So, the Nightmare God has his own plans of domination," He spoke softly, low enough for only the two of them to hear.

The beam hit Kalmar like a wall, forcing him back into the ground slightly, the asphalt around him cracking under the stress. He held both hands in front of him, attempting to hold the beam back.

Suddenly he was fully covered in raging corrupted flames as he cried out, the corrpution of his arm spreading slowly across his chest as he tapped into it. The lines on his arm pulsed a sickly red and yellow color as the beam he was controlling continued to grow exponentially.

"Alright Blazen, we need a new plan!"

OOC: What's to explain? Matt's portals aren't defined in any time frame-they can pop up whenever.

"Pfeh." Meta spat out in disgust. "So proud he doesn't even know what's good fer 'm." She said. "So... the Nightmare Realm and Earth Realm are merging, huh? I might be able to take advantage of this." Smirking, she put her energy into something she and her former self had never done before: she "teleported" out of the castle.
