"Hurry it up!" Renais called back as Matt took off on his run.

"I'll be waiting in the J-Bird," J said, turning around and extending his scarf into the long, blade-like green wings before taking off for the main bridge of the J-Ark.

Later...

"Okay, I'm good," Matt chirped. "Let's go."

Renais nodded. "Let's go!" she said, raising her voice so the selected team could hear. The cyborg led the group into the J-Ark, guiding them through the halls until they reached the expansive main bridge of the J-Ark. In the back of the room, J stood imperiously over them all, on the raised command section, his arms folded over his armored chest. He looked down at Renais and Matt as they entered.

"We are all accounted for, then?" he asked. Renais nodded. "Let's go then."

The J-Jewel cyborg suddenly swung his hand out, the command in his voice evident. "J-Bird, PLUG OUT!" The entire bridge shook as the upper section of the J-Ark, including the bridge and the forward cannons, lifted up off of the main body on powerful thrusters, rising into the night sky. With a powerful burst, the thrusters ignited and propelled the J-Bird forward.

Matt struggled to keep his precious balance until the J-Bird stabilized. "...whoa."

He knew the J-Bird was still capable of flight, but...this was incredible. It'd better be-his first ride in an alien ship ought to be memorable.

"Okay, I need one of these, I'm sorry," Matt remarked. "This is sweet."

The landscape soared past them through the viewscreens as the J-Bird traveled from the Gutsy Galaxy Guard's campsite, on its way to the Chasseur base, located in Paris, France. Even though the weapons were armed and ready, J had little reason to believe they would come under attack. The 11 Sol Masters had been destroyed, thanks to Guy, and with Palus Abel gone and Kaidou free and back on Earth, there was no chance of him being shut down again, as before.

"The sky is grand," J murmured to himself, as was a habit.

R.D. was suddenly glad for the Dragon King Armor's protection as he swung with Shell Bullet Burst. As the first set of spikes came in, they slammed into the claw-like fist, causing it to explode with golden light in all directions. The force of the strike was immense--R.D. found himself thrown back into the air by the force of it. The dragon wing propeller spun rapidly, stabilizing him in the air as it rotated at rapid speeds.

Dammit! There's gotta be a way to deal with these guys! he thought angrily, chambering his right arm back.

And it will come.

R.D.'s eyes widened in shock. That thought wasn't his own. Thunder rolled in the distance, and light flared. Rays of pure energy lanced across the ice at insane speeds, and R.D. barely had the time to cover his eyes as those beams zeroed in on Tech and Keiser. Looking off to the side, he saw four massive dragons, twice the size of the other dragons, swoop in over the ground, their unique bronze hides gleaming in the morning sun.

The beams firing from their maws seemed to circle around each other and combine at the front, causing it to explode into a massive dragon's maw, mouth agape in silent roar as it rushed in towards the two villains.

One dragon, green in color, swooped in to a stop near Gatz. "Fight hard, Servitor," it rumbled in a harsh, draconic voice. "Even with the Bronze Dragons here, this will be a tough fight."

"So, what're we actually going to get while we're here?" Matt asked Renais.

"Myself, KouRyu, and AnRyu were part of the anti-terrorist organization of Chasseur before we were transferred to GGG," Renais said, leaning against the command deck underneath J. "Naturally we had the equipment necessary to repair them, just like the Orbit Base did."

She looked out the darkness-enshrouded viewscreen, out to the stars in the sky. "KouRyu and AnRyu's spare parts are in the Chasseur base. So, if we get those," she continued, "We'll be able to repair them that much quicker. KouRyu and AnRyu have the most advanced weaponry out of all of the Vehicle Machines. Naturally, you can't find such components lying around just anywhere."

"That's true." Matt made an offhanded gesture. "I'm just wondering who thought it was a great idea to make them chicks."

"That I don't know," Renais said. "Something about there being too many male-themed robots. Someone must've cried sexism somewhere... I don't remember. I was... preoccupied with other things."

For a brief moment, Renais face flickered with a troubled expression, but it was gone as quick as it had appeared.

"They're ROBOTS!" Matt shot back. "They don't NEED seperate genders! They're ROBOTS!" He wagged a pointing finger at Renais. "Don't tell me that EnRyu and HyoRyu were designed to have the hots for those two, because that's a functionality that could've been used for more guns!"

Renais gave Matt a very flat look, one that Matt might've found very reminiscent of R.D. whenever Matt had done one of his crazy stunts. "The Vehicle Machines all have a relationship of siblings, Matt," she said, "KouRyu and AnRyu see HyoRyu, EnRyu, FuRyu, and RaiRyu as their older brothers, and vice versa."

He held his hands wide. "I'm just saying. People would probably ask questions, okay?"

"At this point, it doesn't really matter," Renais said, waving a hand in indifference. "I've yet to hear people talk about it so I don't concern myself with it."

"Whatever." With a shrug, Matt turned back toward the main viewscreen. "Anyway, I might as well ask the classic traveling question: are we there yet?"

The four elite Bronze Dragons made terrifying roars as their combined beam dissipated, and they each broke formation, taking off using powerful flaps of their wings. As they circled the battlefield, their bright blue eyes locked onto the two villains, and they began unleashing powerful rays of energy from their maws at Tech and Kaiser.

The other dragons began landing at random areas, one of them admidst the wounded warriors that Keiser had assaulted earlier. Weaving magic, he began to heal even the most grievous of wounds among the warriors, rejuvenating health and stamina and even repairing their armor and weaponry. The others that had landed began their own barrage of attacks against ZetsumeiRyu's minions.

R.D. looked about and began to locate the best target. Thrusting his hand out once more, he gathered more and more energy into the Shell Bullet, and waited for the right moment to strike, when an enemy was thrown into the open.

===Repli-Earth===

Renais rested her head in the palm of her hand and sighed. This was going to be a long trip.

"No," J answered, unmindful of Matt's antics. "We'll be there within an hour or so. I do not to go too fast--I do not usually separate the J-Bird so far from Tomoro and the rest of the J-Ark."

R.D. saw his chance as to strike as Tech destroyed the undead Dragon the necromancer had raised, and disappeared in a flash of Chaos Control, reappearing behind Tech in an instant. Unleashing a time field to slow down time around Tech, R.D. roared as he swung the empowered Shell Bullet Burst at Tech's backside.

As Electra bounced off of Keiser's shields, a Bronze Dragon streaked in, roaring. Razor-sharp claws capable of cutting even the hardest of metals flashed out as the gigantic creature swooped past the liquid-like being.

He was lucky the time field was in effect, otherwise he never would've fully avoided Keiser's attacks. Even as he moved, the spikes shredded their way into the Shell Bullet. Chips of armor were torn away from the giant gauntlet as he skid past, the pieces disintegrating into prismatic mist upon touching the snows. With another activation of Chaos Control, he disappeared, reappearing in the air, the power lost. Dismissing Shell Bullet, he landed in the snows with legs spread, and drew the Phase Lance again. Looking up, he saw as four beams of energy fired from the Bronze Dragons, all of them aimed at Keiser in an attempt to contain the creature in one spot.

The Bronze Dragons swerved off as their attacks misfired, and swooped in and landed between Keiser and Juno's army. Their bodies began to glow with strange light, signaling a transformation.

Spinning the Phase Lance in his hands, R.D. brought the weapon to the side, level with his head and upper blade pointed forward at Tech as the technologically enhanced warrior leveled his weapons. "Where were we?" he repeated, his green eyes glowing yellow beneath the visor of his armor, "That's easy. You were about to get your rear handed to you."

He darted forward suddenly at unbelievable speeds, becoming a violet and blue blur as he dashed forward, thrusting once with the Phase Lance like a snake striking at an intruder. Following up, the Phase Lance cut a downwards path at Tech's head using the lower blade, an attack that would cut through the ice below, and followed it up by swinging the weapon around for a horizontal strike with the same lower blade before R.D. shot backwards at the same crazy speeds, chambering the double-bladed sword behind his back, and his left hand thrust forward, palm open.

As Keiser's first attack shot in, it was suddenly blocked by a large, straight-edged sword, its blade a light yellow in color. The Bronze Dragons were gone; in their place were four large men adorned in brown coats and black clothing, long hair pulled back and eyes covered by dark glasses. Their ears were elven in design, but the ends were a bronze color, and ragged and finlike. They had taken human forms, and one of them had blocked Keiser's strike. Together, they surrounded Keiser and circled him, blades held at their sides. If he had any wish to continue through the army, he'd have to go through the dragons first.

R.D. swung the Phase Lance around in a quick horizontal strike to parry the initial strike, causing a shower of bright green sparks to emit from the clashing blades, and ducked to the side away from the first horizontal slash and quickly parried the follow-up. He leaned back to avoid the uppercut, his right leg lifting off the ground for a moment. That same leg suddenly shot out in a snapping kick at Tech's chest, but only a split-second before it'd hit, he suddenly feinted, and his right leg shot back around and braced against Tech's back. R.D. lifted up and spun in the air, sending his left leg sweeping at Tech's chest in a scissor kick takedown maneuver.

Blades spun in tight circles as the transformed dragons blocked the attacks reacting with unnatural reflexes against Keiser's spikes. Silently, the ghosted in towards Keiser, attacking one after another with vicious strikes of their weapons, offering no quarter and giving no opening to escape as they danced a deadly circle around Keiser.

R.D. swore as his kick missed its target, and he pivoted on his foot. His eyes widened as the bomb came in, and barely managed to recreate his destroyed shield to block it. The force of the blast sent him out of the explosion, skidding through melted slush while ducking beneath the energy field projected by the shield. His foot smashed against the ground once as he channeled Earth energy, and a sudden spike of rock shot out of the ground just in front of the fleeing Tech, moving like a bullet upwards to stop his dash. R.D. turned towards him and aimed an arm cannon at Tech, charging and firing a Sonic Boom at him to crush the entire area.

"Pretty good," R.D. said, lowering his arm. "Nice follow-up. Now, lets take this bastard out."

All cannons were activated and aimed downwards, firing instantly at the downed warrior, the force of the shots actually propelling R.D. backwards through the air. He turned in the air and looked at Keiser as he sped up his attacks, and grinned.

As one, the four Bronze Dragons sped up their attacks to make up for the speed, and even as spikes escaped their blades and made cuts in their skin, they were relentless until finally they suddenly shot off to the sides, out of the spikes' range. Swinging their blades through the air, lightning blasted out of their weapons and streaked through the air. Only a yard away from impacting, the lightning exploded and expanded, turning into a spherical cage around Keiser. One touch with the lightning from the inside would shock Keiser with enough electricity to power a full-blown city for a decade non-stop.

R.D. locked onto Keiser and fired all of his cannons at him, the beams streaking through the air at the liquid being. Even as he fired, even more beams, fired from the other dragons, streaked in from multiple directions at the trapped Keiser.
