I\'d say COA isn\'t as dumb as they look

I know that, but I think that COA (not COJ) was making references to the Japanese names in the english version. the Japanese version, probably makes no such reference of any kind. But don\'t you think it\'s more than a coincidence that only Bass uses the word Forte, and that only Lan/Megaman use the phrase \"Let\'s Rock\"?
It\'s a play on words.

It\'s a coincidence. A lot of game with dialouge uses \"lets rock\".
Also, the phrase has to match the personality. How would Forte sound saying \"lets rock\"?
Currently on Chapter 1.
Read today in the Fan Works Section.
Protoman:Blues
when does Proto make that reference?
So I'm not going to have anything spectacular in my signature.
