On this one i ALSO have 4 badges! I\'m on Route 31 and i need help b.c im stuck !!!!:conf:i\'ve got the first 4 badges!
And i\'ve tried to get by the guy at mahogany town but he wont let me pass! help me!

Go up to lake of rage, talk to lance, go back to mahogany and go in the shop. Have fun w/ the rockets.
