well i personally think that the power ups are much better if any one has a different view lets hear it:D
The powerup system is better for making MM more powerful, but the NAVI cust. is better for other miscelaneouse (sp?) things like fload shoes, shadow shoes, air shoes and set __s.
Navi Cust all the way. You can make megaman a lot stronger with the navi cust than you can with the power up system.

i think they both have there good points so for mmbn4 i think they should do a combination of the two

Well...depends.I think Power-Ups make Megaman Stronger in my opinion but with Navi Cust you can get new features such as Bug Style...
