Yeah, atleast give him the sprites to make them with. It\'s not like making animations is his life\'s purpose so he won\'t always have time to do them. 
They have a point. You have to know what the character needs to do and then the creator needs the sprites to make them. Not to mention you need to tell exactly who the character is. For example I don\'t know who this leviathan is. Otherwise the project is dead before it lives.

This may seem weird , but I need a person in a black cloak , with black shoes , with a buster , and the person has a black helmet with a blue visor. Heres what can be done:Recolor a Bass.Exe sprites cloak and feet , and the helmet.. I have no Idea.\". The animation can be him firing the buster.

i dont have the sprites but if ya could, i would like:
Protoman being ganged up on by 3 guys, then him slashing through them all, m\'kay?
