Well, first what program do you use for making Comics, because I got a background and put it on the Paint MS programe and it said that it wasn\'t the appropriate bitmap, or something like that. Second, where can I get Megaman.exe backgrounds(like Yoka square, ect)?:conf::(

Reality swirled in a wholly blue manner, revealing absolutely nothing of merit. Things flashed madly in and out of existence like some entirely other sort of phenomena. On a whim, Kurt Vonnegut imploded, taking a sizeable hunk of Massachusetts with him. However, seeing as Massachusetts wasn't entirely sure it existed, the chunk wasn't all that big.
I use a mix or MSpaint and PaintShopPro7.
As for BG\'s I rip em\'. I guess you could try Google or somthing but theres barely any site\'s that\'ll have any.

How do you rip a background from a ROM?, and what is Mix, is it like a MSpaint?
