actually, if doc did have a shout box, not only would there be spam on the board, but there will probably be spam on the shoutbox, which would make the site not look good really. ^^;

Someone asked about this to me a while back. ProtoStar resumed my position. If you want a shoutbox to reduce spam here, wouldn\'t that simply get MORE spam on that thing? Rules #1 to 7 apply on the whole site, including a potential shoutbox. There just isn\'t anything to gain.

Well, out of all the sites I\'ve seen that had one,98% of them were nothing but spam. :P
