I remember now, you need an ALicense. Go back where you got the other license and get more experiance buy selecting a mission off the mission board. you have to have more experiance as a netbattler to get the ALicense. hoped that helped you.

Did you beat Cutman yet? I looked at some walkthroughs and they didn\'t mention anything about a Yumland 3...

You have to do one of the jobs that you can get at Metro. Harbor (i can\'t remember which) and the navi will give you Gosp code. That is what you need to open it. There is probably a good chip behind it. I forgot.
