How do you get any gospel chip?

1)Have a Codebreaker, Gameshark etc.
2)You live in Japan and enter a Tournament and win

And those are the only ways...

I did get a Gosple Cannon in MMBN4, but I\'m not sure if its a special event chip:conf:

How do you get a gospel cannon chip in mmbn 4? I\'ve beenplaying it but can\'t get the chip.
