i feal your pain i kinda get sick of the people that say use the help topic and anyway where does it say you have to use the help topic...
anyway it depends on what mmbn3 you have if its white or blue but at least go to haydes and jack into the piller the one with the evil face theres 2 of them anyway when you get in there go all the way across there untill you find another portal thing it will lead you to the undernet talk to the evil looking navi and buy the giga chip there for alot of bug frags
