How do i get ratton C chips in blue version?

simple.. buy one or battle rattons until you get one.. put these in the \"help me\" topics next time....

help me topics take 2 long and besides i\'ve gotten every rank and never gotten a C chip from them

MZ66 kindly has already provided you with a link.
Unfortunately, Ratton3 C\'s can only be obtained from chip traders in Blue.
They are plentiful in White though. Ratton 1 & 2 C\'s are abundant however.
