2)No New Navis unless your old one gets deleted or severely Damaged beyond repair.
3)please, no severe profanity.
4)Everyone is welcome.
5)When netbattling, play fair.
6)No supreme bullshit Navis
7)If I say a Navi is too powerful, please change it.
8)Organizations ARE allowed, so you can form new Organizations.
9)The Setting is Some Big-assed City, with tons of Jack-In locations.
10)Act your Operator\'s age.
11)If you need a job, you may put up new locations (chip shops, Battle arenas, Restaurants, etc) Knock yourself out.
12)NO cybering.
13)No one is \'more powerful\' than anyone else, unless they are in organizations, and that is the system of the clan.
14)No discrimination.
15)Don\'t waste other people\'s time
16)Be serious.
17)The above does not mean no humour.Humour=good.(if your character is a humorous person)Shitman.EXE=not funny

I\'m starting an organization, if anyone wants to join.

It is called 3rd Evolution.
It specializes in hunting down powerful Navis and Operators and Challenging them, and taking rare chips.
