Okay,I ned help.I am working on my final Chaos Emerald(In Chaos Angel) But the S.Stage is WAY to tough.Can someone help me? Thanks! ^^

Things I know:You can jump on the black baddies for 5 rings,hitting a red thing loses 5 rings, a Shiny ring is worth 5,and if the black things shoot at you,you lose 1 ring per shot. Also,if you go through the blue rings,all rings are doubled.
