Megaman is his brother
His real name is Hub. His brother had some heart desises when he was young and died. Some how his dad sent his brother to become a navi and became megaman.

Well the way I see it all of you are confused except MegaX.exe he listed all of the names of Lan\'s brothers, but Hub is his true brother, but he died of a heart disease that Mamouro [MMBN3] had it was H somethin good job MegaX.exe

Let me clarify.

Megaman is the name given to Rockman anywhere outside of Japan. With the possible exception of China and/or Korea.

Rockman is the translation of the name given to Megaman from the original creators in Japan.

Rokkuman is the direct translation of the Japanese Characters. We\'d write it as Rockman.

Hub is the name given to Lan/Netto\'s Brother in the same countries that Rockman/Rokkuman was changed to Megaman.

Saito is the original japanese name of Hub. It is the \"true\" version of the name just as Rockman, or Rokkuman is to Megaman.

In a way (as said before) MegaMan is Lan\'s brother. His real name is Hub Hikari, but died shortly after birth because of a rare heart disease. Lan\'s father, (Yuiichiro in Japanese) converted Hub\'s personality into a data format and used a program to combine it with MegaMan\'s data shell. Thus, MegaMan is.

That was just some little neat thing that they added at the end, it has nothing to do with the game itself.
