how do u beat serenade before running out of chips

u must really suck if u havent beat him then cause i know somebody u dont know that beat him on his first try

:(:(:(Megafreeze, being abusive and stuck-up doesn\'t do anyone a bit of good, try giving help instead. Okay, to beat serenade, I\'d suggest using a specialized folder, most of which involves area stealing and PAs, with a few powerful chips to keep it up. My specific strategy was using a few of these:

MasterStyle PA: Salamander*,Fountain*,Bolt*,GaiaBlade*: 900 damage, use during Holy Shock or when you\'ve stolen all of the panels from the enemy side.
GelRain PA: MetaGel1-3 G, or 3 consecutive MetaGel codes (E,F,G; Q,R,S; etc.) use when he\'s on the back row, preferably on the bottom right side of the screen.
GaiaSword/GaiaBlade: if you have Grass style, use this in conjunction with as many mines, geysers, and NoBeams as possible, obviously when he has his guard down.
AreaSteal: you get this, right?
BodyGuard PA: AntiDamage M, AntiNavi M, Murimasa M: rains shurikens in real time, so block him in.
In case you didn\'t know, Serenade is weak when he uses Holy Shock (where he blows you back and hits random panels) and when he has nowhere else to go, because you\'ve stolen all of his panels to move on. Any other strong PAs you find will work too, but I base most of my strategy on area stealing and strong PAs. I\'m sure there\'s a folder for it on GameFAQS.com too, so you can check there if you want. Hopefully that will work for you!:D
