all those navi i don\'t even know can you guys tell about them

Windman is a Navi that you battle in the Eagle/Hawk Tournement and hes a god of the Wind and his wind power is so strong that he needs a Flute to hold back his powers

Full story:

WindMan is hailed as a God on a small island known as Scissor Island. His powers are held in check by the GrassFlute, carried by his operator, (can\'t remember name). His powers are extremely useful for moving enemies in the direction desired. Without the GrassFlute to guard him, he goes somewhat mad with power, destroying all in sight. This proves to be a bit of a problem in the Eagle (or hawk) Tournament, as the operator is rather careless with the Rice Wine she carries with her, believing it to be water. (what does rice wine taste like? was the operator born without taste buds or something?)

Her drunkeness causes her to do rather stupid things, which I won\'t reveal in case anyone hasn\'t gotten there yet. WindMan, though weak, does have a useful soul for Megaman.

That was perfect I couldn\'t remember all that, but Wind Soul is very very useful

I think Windman\'s operator is named Lilly or something. The best thing is after the battle, Megaman says something along the lines of \"I bet it\'d be even harder to beat her if she was sober.\"

I\'m not a big fan of WindSoul because it doesn\'t suit my needs. I try to get the other guy with an AirHoc3 chip while they\'re on their middle panel. I think it does 350 damage if it\'s do it right.
