Its good but it could be better. I got mine yesterday. You should be able to by the chips without buying the toys though.

In Japan they made booster packs for Battlechips, but it will be awhile before it comes to america.

where can i find the booster packs.

As for your previous question about booster packs, they\'re supposed to come to america in spring 2005, I\'ve heard you could buy the japanese ones from some place but I\'m still looking into it.
Ok, press the right button once, you will see Japanese characters that say Rockman Status, now press the right button once more, Rockman status will appear, press right on the D-Pad, there are two different guages, the top one indicates how many virus\' you beat, the bottom is your guage that tells you how much longer it will take for a virus encounter if its filled up you should encounter if you keep shaking it, if it\'s not filled up it means it will be awhile before you encounter one.
Theres another way though....
I don\'t reccomend it, cause if you mess up you might break the PET, but You will encounter virus\' much faster, however you will lose all of your data and will have to restart again. First get a screwdriver and take the PET apart.once you have removed the screws look for a small circle on the back that has gold colored contacts on it, get a piece of kleenex and wipe it once you\'ve done this take the gold colored ball and place it in the cavity on the gray plastic back of the PET put it back toget ther and start shaking it.(Make sure you put everything back together the right way or you might have to take it apart again.

Personally I wouldn\'t risk it.

though someone is bound to prove me wrong on this one, I heard that you can change your navi.

Apparently there is a reset button of some sort somewhere, and by pressing you change your navi (losing all previous progress, of course)

Of course, don\'t jsut go by what I say...

No, It\'s not possible, you will always get megaman. But you can change yoiur navi in Rockman 4.5 though.

Forte o3 those numbers can be used in mmbn4 in the numberman machine its very useful.

Oh yah did you know that you can some times change what your chip does by eather loosining where you slot in or by applying a small amount of pressure on the top pf the chip when you slot in (pushing away from you)

Yes there is a forte one its purple and has the slash thing on it but what I think is crap is that its still going to be megaman on the screen. Thats why I got the megaman one and saved me the pain.

Oh and can anyone answer me this question. This has only happened to me twice right when I got it and about thirty minutes ago. I was right in the middle of a battle the screen stopped and a black line went across the screen it shut off and came right back on where I had it. And if it helps I got new chips today and it happened when I used them. same when I first got it but with the starter chips.

Maybe the Batterie is screwed up!

i hope its the batteries because mine did some thing like that....except that it happend when i turned it on and it wont stop flashing and a disconfigured megaman comes and goes, comes and goes,comes and goes.....huu its so sad

o yah um when i looked at my pet today to find out if it had stoped (what i had earler explained) and as soon as i touched it it restarted,dang i was at LVL 16,then just as i set the clock it did those weird things again What is wrong!!!!:madgo::madgo::madgo:

Well in the intructions it says that when your battery goes totally dead from the time you take the other one out till you put the new one in you have 30seconds. And that if you touch any of the buttons your pet will restart. I read it under Battery Installation, read it if you still have the instructions.

i have the PET in american but how do u make viruses appear?oh and shadowman.exe i think u can onli get it online.i tink saying it came out might mean it came out in japan.if u order it itll take more than a week to get it

Yes, Japanese chips work with US PETs and US chips work with Japanese PETS.
