Well, people, let the rating begin! I will select a team staff for the \"official\" ratings. Everyone can rate, however. If you want to be a part of the staff, you will be given a test on folder rating. I or any other people on the staff you PM will give you a grade based on your score.
90-100%=A
70-89%=B
50-69%=C
30-49%=D
0-29%=F
A C or above is a pass.
A D or F is a not pass.
So, let the insanity begin!
