I can see some good sprites appearing. I\'m no expert but i know that as you sprite you get better.

megaman-god, the sprite with X using a saber is o.k. however the second sprite of a blue zero is a mere recolor, is not exactly spriting.

actually, they are both recolors.
The megaman with a sabre is available from Sprites Inc.

Yeah, I\'ve saw an animation of that sword thing along time ago (different colors, of course). It was long before I started spriting that I saw it.

Anyways, congratulations, everyone! You\'re improving! That\'s good! But don\'t let complements swell your head. I never did. But then again, I thought my sprites were junk for a long time. I still think some of them are. My point is that you shouldn\'t get overconfident, but not too critical of yourself. Let someone else do that part.

He means if you mix 8 bit with 16 bit. I other words sharper pictures with duller pictures.

Yea not all sprites are the same.
There\'s 8, 16, and 32 bit when talking about sprites.
When you mix the 3, the shading gets all messed up and so does your sprite. But if you would shade it properly, it would be different.
i.e. Take 8 bit Megaman and shade him like a 32 bit Megaman X.

I think i mixed a 16-bit head with an recolord 32-bit body...

I like the idea you had metool. But it still looks too much like a frankenstien sprite. Maybe edit it a little more.

Not bad for a sprite, as it\'s good to be simple. To complicated, and it makes it hard to make new sprites. My only real complaint is the compression. Move all the sprites real close to each other, about 5 pixels space max. Te less of it there is, the smaller the files size, the easrier it is on slow computers.

im trying to make a char named Zeta- its gonna look like Zero, but with no color.
zeta is latin for Z.

Oh yeah? What was the animator and where did you get it from? I\'ve got Easy Gif and I\'ve only got around 20 tries left on it.
This means that I have to come up with loads of animations all at once to do use as few tries as possible. It takes the fun out of it:cry:

i used barbarosa-its shareware, but theres no timelimit and u can save and stuff, but it said there\'s a watermark, although i dont see it
