Didn\'t work out... damn...

My first sprite is the one shown in my avatar. I am currently working on a sprite sheet for Foxman.EXE. For some reason interordi will not display it:conf:. Let me know if you want to see my progress.

Now, some of you may recall, i posted here quite awhile ago and was not very good at all, however i still suck pretty bad as i dont do this often, but here is a sprite i spent like 10 minutes on, its just Dynamo with wings and slightly recoloured, but here it is none the less

i took 10 mins aswell on theses but i want harpuia in the pet i need hlp

There we go. Here it is: the Foxman.exe sprite sheet- see below




The first row is fur needler, the second is vulpine swrd, the 3rd is any kind of bomb attack, the 4th is damage/guard(guard at end), 5th & 6th should be obvious.

Also obvious: I\'m a rookie spriter. ;D

Yeah, obviously, you\'re a rookie... This thing\'s BIG!

He can\'t be that much of a rookie. For one thing, he actually took the time to completely create a new navi effectively, unlike most others I see who simply attach different pieces together or recolor. It\'s pretty original. Some of the effects look a little lacking, but it\'s my guess he probably freeformed them a little too. Of course the sheet\'s big; it\'s a whole lotta sprites! It could still be a little smaller, true, but if he made the sprites any smaller they would be smaller than most Battle Network ones.

Yes, that\'s great about it. When I said rookie, I actually reffered to the size of the thing. Damn, it\'s BIG!
When I get my hands on a good spriting-tutorial-site and the stuff, I\'ll post my own sprites here too.

I would say my main beef is... did you do this by pixel? Cause a bunch of it looks like paint freehand. :conf:

Other than that, it\'s a pretty neat concept.

Work on the viewable arm that has the squirle-ish thing on it. Thats really the only bad looking thing. Your shading looks pretty nice.

Thx for your comments, compliments and criticism. Yeah, most of it was attatching and recolors to a megaman sprite. I thought it was a good idea. To learn a little more about my custom navi, look up \"customize your own navi\" and look on pg 19. These were my first 2 posts and I have a minute attention span so I didn\'t see the edit button.:( But yeah, I\'m really not good with sizes, the only question is: what do you mean that squirle-y thing on his visible arm? Jus tell me what row and which sprite in the row respectively and I\'ll try to fix it:D. thx again.

Yeah, I did most of this freehand. I copied some megaman sprites and the ears, tail, and muzzle were from some Fox McCloud sprites.;D After that, I recolored the stripe om the pants, altered the symbol and put on the vest. I thought it seemed like an interesting concept too. I did have to freehand most of the transitions, though
