Which game, and you dont level up in any of the Battle Network games, you can find HPmemories scattered across the net and each increase your helth by 20, as for your buster, in MMBN3and 4 at some point in the story you aqure the Navi-Customizer which you can use programs with it to enhance megamans buster strength, speed, and charge time.

Actually, in MMBN2 & 3 your Style(s) level up. In MMBN3, you won\'t get a style change until a particular SUD-den event.Also, as you level up in MMBN3 you get N.C programs...
