Well how is a ROM hacked and how is it done? Can you make your own ROMs? When you hack a ROM can you change the game like make the text different, change the pictures and stuff. What else can you do with ROM hacking?

well if you want to make roms you must have the original and some equipment bu i dont know where that is because i only download them When i can download them legal ofcourse
and rom hacking goes easy you can download a program to change the data you can create spoofs (i found a spoof of megaman 4 for the nes some real funny names where in there ill give one sh*tman)
and you can chance what characters say i also found a hack of chrono trigger and marle did not make a real good impression
well you have to find out where you can get things.

Well how is it done?

when you have the program i think there is a manual or readme in the directorie you unpacked or installed it or find something on the net and i dont do any rom hacks so dont ask me how to go further than changing text or characters
