I know that even when all we know (or almost all of us) that posting goodbye topic is spam, a lot of people does that, so to get rid of it, this topic is for all of you guys who are going to leave the site:cry: or coming back to it ;D

I suggest you to put a link to this topic in your signature

Instead of having 5000 topics about that, its better if all the posts are in only one

I don\'t think there should be such a thread. If you\'re leaving, send a PM to your friends here to tell them so. You don\'t need to start a brand new topic to do so.

If a person didn\'t read the rules to know they couldn\'t make goodbye or hello topics, why would they have enough intelligence to hunt down a specific gathered one?
It\'s a noble cause, but I have doubts.

Yes it\'s better to have 1 topic of spam than 5000. However, even though it\'s only 1 topic of spam, it\'s still going against rule #1, which is no spamming. I think the topic must go.

Even if this topic is deleted, they will still post goodbye topics, and I agree, its better to have all of that in one place instead of having lots of topics that are occuping space in the forums
