if someone could please teach me the sacred arts of creating an animated sprite, I would greatly appreciate it, I don\'t know how and seeing all these awsomely customized sprites, I wanna be able to create my own as well.

Well, the first thing you need is a sprite sheet, with each individual frame of the animation. You can find these ripped or custom make your own.
The second thing you need is an animator... I use the free trial-version PY software 2D and 3D animator myself, but any one you pay for is bound to be cheaper than those that come free.
Most are confusing to use. After you get one and have sprites ready, you should ask somebody with the same animator as you.
