Many ISPs (ie, Bt-Yahoo) have web space on their servers as part of the paid service. You could use a WYSIWYG/html like Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 or Microsoft Front Page Standard Edition 2002 A bit pricey, I know, but it depends how many websites you want to do and what their for. If it\'s for one small wesite, it won\'t be worth it. If you want to do many small websites or a big one, it may be worth it, but if it\'s going to be a commercial website which you are likely to make money out of, enough to pay for the cost of Front page/Dreamweaver, it would be worth it.
