Okay... for awhile now, my little sister has had a little fandom website that she maintains and visits regularly. Recently, there have been several spam attacks by one \"SHADOW\" on her guestbook. He leaves malicious comments, and empty comments, up to 27 times in a day. She has tried banning him many times before, but apparently he has dynamic IP, and just keeps returning, as well as spamming on websites belonging to my sister\'s friends. Is there anything she or I can do?

You can record all the IP\'s he has used and see if there\'s a pattern in that so you can use wildcards to ban him.

Or if you can figure out his ISP, than you can send it a abusemail (or ban it if they wouldn\'t take care of anything).

She could remove the guestbook, if that\'s possible.

Keep deleting his posts/topics/whatever and keep banning. That is the only thing you can do. Or the idea that probably will not work is to threaten him to stay off the boards. Never mind that. Whining will make him spam even more. Maybe he knows you in real life and wants to piss you off for a reason.
