like you get to play as protoman and chaid (I forget how\'s its spelled) not megaman and lan ... I think it would be cool for me atlest (Lan and Megaman are till in the game though).

I would love to see a ProtoMan based game. That is, as long as it isn\'t in MMBN4 style. I\'d still get it, but it would lessen the experience.

I hate proto man, but I wouldn\'t mind a protoman based game. I would be nice to play as different people for a change. no more anyoing Netto(Lan) and super kind-hearted Rockman(megaman).

It would really be an awsome game. I wonder why Capcom hasn\'t thought of give characters separate games (I know they did it with Zero). They all don\'t have to be action based but I would be nice for a change.

They can\'t afford to give each character it\'s own spin-off series. Well, in theory they could, but if they did then they\'d be taking a huge gamble. Just because you like ProtoMan and I like KnightMan and that dude *points* waaaay over there likes ShadowMan, there aren\'t enough of each group to make up for the cost of producing the game. If they were to have a game starring a secondary character, it would have to be a closely related character, one that is at least partly influential in the hero\'s success. For example, ProtoMan of the originals was essential in MegaMan\'s success in MM4 (or was it 5? one of \'em.) It would be a gamble, but it\'s possible that Capcom could put together a game showing ProtoMan (original)\'s point of view.

However, seeing as how Chaud and ProtoMan.EXE (or Enzan and Blues.EXE, whatever) are most often treated as secondary characters playing only a minor role in helping Mega/RockMan.EXE and Lan. In some cases they\'re actually an impediment, hindering the heroes from an administrative point of view. So, since they don\'t play an outstanding role in the story, it\'s unlikely that there\'d be enough of a fanbase to make a completely original game for them.

Oh, and by the way, the fact that spotlight-hogging Zero got his own game bothers me. Isn\'t he in enough games as it is? The guy\'s come back to life how many times? Just let \'im die, for once... and stay dead...

Yeah that would be cool to play as protoman and chaud but it would be even more cooler if you can play as Mayl and Roll, Dex and Gutsman and more ops and navis

Hmmmm, I guess you\'re right but it\'d still be cool! and as for zero well I\'ve known about MMBN 1-4 for along time but I not to long ago got the \"Megaman X command Mission\" game so Zero and all the other guys are knew to me so I still think Zero\'s cool if I knew more about hem I\'d get board some time.

It would be the best if there was a free roam FF7 style based game on Bass;D

If Capcom made a game like that, they\'d have to make games based on all of the Navis (Roll, Gutsman, GLYDE!) And nobody would want to play as them. Trust me. I think they\'re going to try to do something like that with MMBN5. I hope so, anyway.

Too bad Real Operation isn\'t coming out in the US.

Hmm... The closest to a Proto-only game would be Megaman Power battle, an obscure arcade game. And only if you play it on Hard difficulty does it truly seem to be his game. Although Bass is a way better character choice of that game.

I think the reason Tron got her own game was because there was a big opening there. The amount of Tron\'s life as a Bonne Pirate provided in Megaman Legends 1 (or Megaman 64) was substantial, but there was obviously much more to know about her adventures, seeing as she just shows up out of nowhere. Also, her many Servbots open an avenue for many skills that would be fun to utilize in an adventure game.

Sadly, there\'s just not enough to Protoman yet to make a game, though I\'m still very happy to see him making an appearance in Battle Network games. If he every has any unexplained adventures or special avenues for customization, then there may be an opportunity to issue him his own video game.

On an unrelated note, I hate Bass\'s dash in power battles!

T3h M3h! Bass rules! He is the best character. Megaman\'s attack is too weak and Protoman doesn\'t have a standard ranged attack.

It could also be an Idea to make a game about Lan\'s son or grandson or something, with (if possible to fit in the story) a son or grandson from Megaman (hub) and Roll (hee hee hee) as his Navi.
Also it could be an idea to make a more Roll-based game for a difference, because in my school many girls like Megaman less because he\'s a boy and they might want things less related to boyish things (do not think I\'m a GIRL now!!!!!!) and more to girls stuff.
Then my sis will finally stop blabbing about this... right? RIGHT?

You all know that in BN 4 and 5 There are Boktai-chips, right? And in 4 you even got to meet Django and Otenko!
Why Don\'t they make two total mixture games of Boktai and Megaman,
and that you could use Django as a \"Navi\" in the Megaman game?
That has to be like BN 5 then...

Making the Boktai influences part of main gameplay wouldn\'t be a good idea in my opinion. The use of Django as a navi just doesn\'t seem exceptionally appealing.

If you havn\'t already noticed, both crossover appearences in both series have been extras; not included in the plot, just something on the side. They\'re meant to be cameos.
