I found this cool site-ok my friend KkazakK did- called dot.tk. You know how dif countries have different extentions {ex. www.megaman.co.uk is an english site}? Well, the one with tk is some tiny country in the pacific and they let you have a domain there! I know KkazakK has at least three- the only one i know is

It\'s not really exploitation. Tey allow it on the condition that they indirectly get money (ie, tourism). It\'s basically an advertisement for their country. Look here for more info!

EDIT: I just read some stuff and it looks like the free thing isn\'t much different than CJB.net except a little shorter. Am I wrong in assuming that?

No, you only have to pay for it if it\'s a buisniss\'s website, ie, you\'ll be making a profit out of it. In which case, it\'d be better to pay for a .com domain.
