Yes, it\'s true, there is apparently a planned merger between Bandai and Namco. If they go through with it, the hybrid company will probably be the 2nd-largest toys and electronics company in Japan (I think that\'s what it said). I think in the end, all the game and merchandise companies will just group together to make one big blob of money.

Bandai has had it\'s moments.....one or two of their Digimon games are pretty cool, and .Hack was just plain awesome.

Only time will tell how this merging will turn out.

Now that I think about it, Digimon World 2 was one of my favorite PSX games (3 was a little lame and 4 looks kinda bad as well). I hope maybe Namco can set them on the right track.

However, Gundam: Federation vs. Zeon and Encounters in space were both pretty good. Let\'s cross our fingers that Namco keeps those sort of games coming.

You are right, now that I think about it. I guess it\'s the \"Battle Assaults\" that are made by Bandai.

Still, I hadn\'t known Capcom had a hand in it! I guess perhaps that explains its success.:D
