There\'s something you\'re not taking into account; actually, the actors aren\'t as bad as you think. A HUGE amount of acting talent actually rides on the director. My problem is, as good as Starwars is, the directors were lacking. As far as multiple genres, though... Most intricate plots and stories that otherwise hold my attention are multi-genre. In a way, sticking to only one makes for a rather boring story. I actually can\'t think of any movie that only truly sticks to one genre- except maybe a few b-movies and cheesey horror flicks. (Which I watch for a good laugh.)
