I think I saw something like this once before... everyone was freaking out because they thought Megaman was going to team up with Duel Masters...
...in that same topic, however, I think it was clarified that this was just a promotional gimmick that occured in Japan where they released the individual movie of each series into theaters at the same time or something.

This might not be the same deal, but that would be my guess.

New info the Megaman movie will be a crossover with duel masters and it comes with a Duelmasters card of bass according to Totodilemew at www.offthechain.net he does the Japan report on beyblades and checks megaman too
